The ‘Three Counties Cobweb-Buster’ (Gloucestershire Spring Open Meeting – 1st Stage, Hereford and Worcester Rifle Association Open Meeting and Stock Exchange Rifle Club Closed Meeting) – Sunday 27th April-2025

Entry is set at £80.

The Three Counties ‘Cobweb-Buster’ includes a varied programme of TR, F/TR and F-Open shooting over 300, 600, 900 & 1000yds.

F-Class competitors will fire on F-Class faces.

Own ammo and hand loads only.

Competitors will fire in two details at each range with prize giving following the final shot.

We will be running practice targets on Saturday 26th April for those that wish to join. The IBIS open is also running on the 26th should you wish to make a competitive weekend of it - entry forms are on their website at http://ibisrifleclub.co.uk/ibis-open-prize-meeting

For TR competitors must provide their own ammunition of .308 or .223 calibre, with a bullet weight of 156gr or less.

F-Class -  Competitors must provide their own ammunition, which must comply with F-Class Rules and Bisley range energy limits.

Any-rifle - Competitors must provide their own ammunition, which must comply with Bisley range energy limits.

All competitors utilising hand loaded ammunition must have hand loading on their SSC.

RULES

1. NRA regulations for the current year apply unless otherwise stated.

2. NRA TR classifications (T, O, A or X) for the current year will apply.

3. Competitions are open to NRA members and members of any Rifle Club affiliated to the NRA.

4. Blow-off shots for F-Open class will only be permitted on the first range of the day.

5. The Meeting Committee reserves the right to amend the rules and conditions of shooting, and to vary the Prize Lists according to the number of entries received.

SAFETY

1. All competitors are expected to be familiar with, and to observe, NRA regulations, especially nos. 269 - 278.

2. HME shooters will be required to provide a NRA photocopy of their NRA Zero Range card WHEN PICKING UP SQUADDING cards. (HME shooters will be squadded on the 2nd detail to allow time for Zeroing.)

3. All competitors must have a Firearms Certificate for the rifle to be used in this event or be exempted by virtue of participating as a member of a Home Office Approved Club, and not being disbarred from holding a Firearms Certificate
